Abstract: This paper explores the phenomenon of exclusive sex work in Uzbekistan, a country with a rich cultural heritage and a complex history of sex work. Through in-depth interviews with sex workers and stakeholders, this study sheds light on the motivations, challenges, and experiences of exclusive sex workers in Uzbekistan. Our findings suggest that exclusive sex work is a growing trend in the country, driven by factors such as economic necessity, personal autonomy, and a desire for stability. However, exclusive sex workers also face unique challenges, including stigma, limited access to services, and vulnerability to exploitation.
