To get Nyaa (specifically Nyaa.si) working properly with Sonarr, the "proper story" is that Sonarr's built-in Nyaa indexer is often considered legacy or broken because it was designed for the original (now defunct) Nyaa site.  The Best Way: Use Prowlarr or Jackett
