If you are trying to "create" or add this feature to your device, here is the essential information: Current Status of Packix

• Boot into safe mode (typically by holding Volume Up during boot with some jailbreaks) and uninstall the offending tweak.
• Use SSH or terminal on device/PC to remove package via apt:

  apt remove package-name
  

• Restore device via appropriate unjailbreak tools if necessary.

• Package, Version, Filename, Size, SHA1/MD5sum, Depends, Section, Priority, Architecture, Maintainer, Description

1. Download Release and Packages(.gz).
2. Decompress Packages.
3. Parse Filename lines to build list of .deb URLs (preprend repo base).
4. Download all .deb files.
