Step 5: The upgrade process (critical phase)

Once you click upload:

  1. Power off the phone completely.
  2. In PhoenixSuit, click “Firmware” → then “Upgrade” or “Start” (depending on tool).
  3. While holding the appropriate button(s) for your device (commonly Volume Down or Volume Up), connect the phone to the PC via USB.
