JBL Link 10 updates its firmware automatically over-the-air (OTA) via your Wi-Fi network

  1. Visit the JBL website and navigate to the support section.
  2. Enter your JBL Link 10's serial number or model number to access the firmware update page.
  3. Download the latest firmware update file.
  4. Connect your JBL Link 10 to your computer using a USB cable.
  5. Open a web browser and navigate to the JBL Link 10's web interface (usually http://jbl.link).
  6. Log in to the device using the default admin credentials (usually admin for both username and password).
  7. Upload the downloaded firmware file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Flashing Top Panel LEDs: If all LEDs on the top panel are flashing simultaneously when you switch it on, an OTA firmware update is currently in progress. Do not interrupt power during this time. jbl link 10 firmware update

  2. Tap Settings (gear icon) → Scroll to Device information.
