Scenario B: Windows 11 Inbox Driver Conflict
Microsoft's "inbox" drivers sometimes override HP's utility. If you cannot find the utility link for Windows 11, download the Windows 10 64-bit version. It is backward compatible. Install it in Windows 8 compatibility mode (Right-click the .exe > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program for Windows 8).
