Error Messages

1. • Error 301: I/O error: Input/output device error.
   • Error 302: Communication error: Communication error with external devices.

   He re-read the list’s footnote for 4623: Note: Intermittent signal may indicate RF interference or ground loop.

   • Check lubrication system. Dry ways cause massive friction.
   • Incrementally jog the axis. If it moves roughly, call service.
   • Check the motor holding brake (24V supply).
   • Temporarily reduce MP 2100 (Maximum following error) to test, but do not run production.
   • Cause: Emergency stop active, enable relay off, safety circuit open, or servo amplifier fault.
   • Fix: Release E-stop, verify safety interlocks, check cabinet fuses and enable relay, clear amplifier faults and power-cycle if needed.
