5. Known Issues & Bugs in v0.9
- Save/Load glitch – Sometimes resets Heart Stress Meter to default.
- Elena route lock – If you choose the wrong dialogue in Chapter 7, Elena’s route becomes inaccessible without warning.
- CG gallery missing – Some CGs from v0.8 aren’t yet added to gallery.
- Mobile port crash – During the hospital scene in Chapter 10, Android version may crash on low-end devices.

- Cardiac risk factors, onset/duration/quality of symptoms, exertional vs. rest triggers, orthopnea, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, leg swelling.
- Auscultation for murmurs, gallops (S3/S4), rubs; jugular venous pressure; peripheral perfusion; lung crackles.
Initial tests:
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) — ischemia, infarction, arrhythmia, conduction disease.
- Chest X-ray — heart size, pulmonary edema, alternative diagnoses.
- Cardiac biomarkers (troponin, CK-MB) — myocardial injury.
- Basic labs: CBC, electrolytes, renal function, liver function, glucose, lipid panel, thyroid tests.
Cardiac imaging and functional testing:
- Transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) — chamber size, wall motion, ejection fraction, valve structure/function, pericardial effusion.
- Stress testing (exercise ECG, stress echo, nuclear perfusion imaging) — inducible ischemia for CAD assessment.
- Coronary angiography (invasive) — gold standard for coronary anatomy, used in acute coronary syndromes and when revascularization is being considered.
- Cardiac CT (coronary CT angiography) — noninvasive coronary imaging in selected patients.
- Cardiac MRI — tissue characterization (myocarditis, cardiomyopathy), viability, scar assessment.
- Ambulatory rhythm monitoring (Holter, event monitor, implantable loop recorder) — for intermittent palpitations, syncope workup.
Advanced tests when indicated:
- Right heart catheterization for hemodynamics (pulmonary hypertension, advanced heart failure).
- Endomyocardial biopsy (rare) for suspected myocarditis or infiltrative disease.
- Genetic testing for inherited cardiomyopathies/channelopathies and family screening.
