: The software manages both the design and the production. You can "RIP and Print" a job, then move the media to a cutter to "Output the Cut" using automatic registration marks. Pro Tip: Install Flexi on an SSD (Solid State Drive), not an HDD. The RIP engine generates temporary files constantly; a slow hard drive will bottle neck even the fastest printer.

Workflow 2: 20-Foot Vinyl Banner (Tiling)

1. Import: 300 DPI JPG (20,000px wide).
2. Tiling: FlexiSIGN-PRO automatically splits the design into 48" wide panels (based on your printer width).
3. Overlap: Adds a 0.5" overlap on each panel with trimming marks.
4. Nest: Sends panels to the RIP.
5. Output: Printer sews four panels. You trim and tape them together.
