  • Preloader and LK (Little Kernel) – Initial bootloaders that initialize RAM and storage.
  • UBOOT – A secondary bootloader that loads the Android kernel.
  • Boot and Recovery Images – Contain the kernel and the recovery environment (TCL’s stock recovery).
  • Super Image (dynamic partitions) – Houses system, product, vendor, and odm partitions.
  • Modem Firmware – Controls 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
  • NVRAM (Non-Volatile RAM) – Stores unique device data like IMEI numbers, Wi-Fi MAC address, and calibration data for sensors.
  1. Go to Settings: Navigate to your device's Settings app.
  2. Select System: Select the System option.
  3. Select Software Update: Select the Software Update option.
  4. Check for updates: Your device will check for available updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.

Functionality: Upon reaching 20% battery, the feature limits background processing for non-essential apps specifically optimized for TCL UI, reduces screen brightness and refresh rate further than standard mode, and provides a "Hardcore Mode" that disables all non-essential data connections while keeping essential apps (Phone/SMS) active.
