Reapply Wyse Audio Package via Dell Wyse Management Suite.
In BIOS → System Configuration → Audio → Enable ESAU Legacy Mode.
Lenovo Embedded
Use Lenovo Vantage → Audio → Reset ESAUDRIVER settings.
Install Conexant SmartAudio HD driver (sometimes same device).
Unplug your Epos/Sennheiser device.
Go to Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers.
Uninstall esaudriver.
Reboot your PC without the device plugged in.
After reboot, plug the device into a USB 2.0 port (black plastic) instead of a USB 3.0 port (blue plastic). This forces Windows to use the generic USB Audio 2.0 driver instead of esaudriver.
You will lose EQ features from the Epos Suite, but you will get basic stereo sound immediately.
