I cannot produce or provide the actual Epson Resetter Tool (also known as a WIC Reset Utility or adjustment program) for the Epson L5190 model.

EEPROM Operations: Allows reading and writing of printer EEPROM settings and serial numbers.

Option C: Pad Replacement (Most Proper)

Purchase generic Epson waste pad material (or cut aquarium filter foam).
Disassemble the L5190 (requires Torx screwdrivers and a spudger).
Remove saturated pads, bag them (ink is non-toxic but stains), and replace with new foam.
Then reset the counter.
