Emuelec Rk3032 New __top__ «UPDATED • 2025»
Note: I assume you meant RK3036 (a Rockchip CPU found in some budget devices) rather than RK3032, which is extremely rare. If RK3032 exists in your device, the principles below still apply, but performance will be even more limited.
- Aggressive swapfile usage (using a USB drive as extra "RAM")
- Threaded video rendering (offloading scaling to a second core)
- Result? PlayStation 1 games (previously unplayable) now run at 45-50 FPS with frameskip. Not perfect, but magical for a $5 device.
2. EmuELEC Requirements
- You want "plug and play"
- You expect PS1 to run full speed
- Your time is worth more than $10/hour (just buy an RK3326 device)
