7. Seniority Indemnity (Severance Fund)

Wages and Benefits
Normal Working Hours: Cannot exceed 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week.
- 150% of regular wage for day overtime.
- 200% of regular wage for night work (10 PM – 5 AM).
- 200% for work on weekly rest days.
- 300% for work on official public holidays.
