What to Check:
- Temperature Calibration: If your oven cooks too hot or too cold, Service Mode allows you to offset the temperature calibration.
- Demo Mode: If your oven lights up but doesn't heat, check if "Demo Mode" is active. Service Mode allows you to toggle Demo Mode off.
- Enter Service Mode as described in Part 2.
- Navigate to Test Code 99 (varies by software version, sometimes 88 or 00).
- Press and hold "Start/Reload" for 10 seconds.
- The display will flash "End" or "FAb" (Factory adjustment block).
- Immediately after reset, you must run a calibration:

8. Running Motor and Inverter Tests
- In service mode, actuate motor test to rotate motor at low speed both directions.
- Observe for unusual noises (bearing wear) or vibration.
- If motor fails to spin but inverter indicates drive, inspect rotor/stator and hall effect sensors; measure phase resistances and insulation.
